Do you know Vissevasse? You probably do if you’re a fan of puzzles.
Vissevasse is a Danish company, especially known for its beautiful illustrations, where nature, city life, travel, and everyday moments are interpreted in a simple and harmonious design language. The motifs often have a sense of calm, but at the same time plenty of details that make you want to look a little longer.
‘The Day Before the Day’ takes place in the midst of warm Christmas coziness at home. The children have settled by the wood stove, the Christmas tree is being decorated, the stockings are hanging ready, and in the armchair there’s time for a quiet moment. All around are gifts, candles, and little Christmas things, so the 1,000 pieces slowly build up a whole room full of anticipation.
