This smart table grill works using bioethanol. This means it is odorless and smokeless, so it can be used both outdoors and indoors.
I recommend watching the video to understand just how clever the grill is.
The burner is lifted out of the base, and liquid bioethanol (not included) is poured in—up to a total of 650 ml. Be careful not to overfill. If the container overflows, it is important to wipe away any excess bioethanol with a dry cloth.
The lid is screwed on, and then the burner is placed back into the base. The smart thing is that the base can be rotated. This adjusts the height of the nozzles and thus the heat intensity. Before lighting, it is important that the nozzles are fully raised, as this achieves the highest temperatures.
Now it’s time to light it—one nozzle at a time. Next, place the cast iron plate on top. It only takes a few minutes before it reaches its maximum temperature of over 300 degrees Celsius.
Now you can grill, and at the same time enjoy the radiant heat, which also makes the grill a cozy heat source.
At full power (with the nozzles fully raised), the grill provides heat for up to two hours. If you turn the base so the nozzles are lowered, you get heat for four hours.
If you want to extinguish the flames before the fuel runs out, you can use the small included bellows made of metal and rubber.
RACLETTE PAN SET – see Raclette pan set H: 51 cm H: 4.5 cm
Do you remember raclette? It was extremely popular in the 80s and 90s, but is now making a comeback.
The raclette pan set consists of six small pans with wooden spatulas, which are placed under the grill plate.
Traditionally, the small pans were used to melt cheese, and then the grilled ingredients could be dipped in it.
It’s really delicious, but I also use the pans for smaller pieces of meat, such as scallops and shrimp. Here, they are gently cooked, as the small pans do not get quite as hot as the grill plate.
In the video, you can see how the pan set is assembled.
