Raclette pan set H: 51 cm H: 4.5 cm

Do you remember the raclette? It was extremely popular in the 80s and 90s, but is now making a comeback.

The raclette pan set consists of six small pans with wooden spatulas, which are placed under the table grill’s cast iron plate. See Table grill for bioethanol

In its original form, the small pans were used to melt cheese, and then the grilled ingredients could be dipped into it.

It’s really delicious, but I also use the pans for smaller pieces of meat, such as scallops and shrimp. Here, they are gently cooked, as the small pans don’t get quite as hot as the grill plate.
